A natural dwelling

The newly renovated cellar has been designed and built with the respect to the environment and is perfectly integrated with the surrounding territory. It’s the ideal dwelling for wine. Light-brown coloured like the clay of the soil it has rooms which have been built with natural and innovative materials to ensure a low impact on the environment and a reduced consumption of energy: bricks, corten, wood, glass, photovoltaic panels.

The building features stainless steel vats for fermentation and storage, a modern bottling line, the core of the cellar: an ample underground barrel room, maintained a constant temperature and humidity, where the wine is aged in oak barrels and barriques.
